This problem is caused by some uncertain reasons. However, you can solve it when delete the folder "C:\Documents and Settings\Current User\Application Data\Zeon\DocuCom\PDF Plus".If you have installed DocuCom product on other drives, please select the referring drive.
Note: "Current User" means the account name which is used to log on to your Windows operating system.
