Then you will retrieve your User ID.For retrieve the Password, you must be able to access the registered email, and follow the steps below: 1> Select "Your Account> Sign In" on our website, and click "Retrieve Your Password". 2> Enter the User ID, and click Submit. 3> Choose "Get the Password-Changing E-mail". Then an email will be send to the registered email address. It will guide you through in making the change of your password. After that login to the "My Account" page at where you can view and make changes to the personal information. |
