problem when watching file in network drive

Hi, my company is using PDF server v.9.10

We try to watch a folder on network drive.

When we drop file in that folder, watcher can identify a new job to conversion but the job is always in pending status.

Kindly want to know if PDF server support watching folder on network drive?

Or is there any special setting when folder is on network drive?
