Pizzol,

Did you every get an answer to your post. I am having the same issue with our Teleform Enterprise 8.1 version which resides on Windows 2000. However our error message is d:\wrk\tfrmXP\tfini\netlogutil.cpp469. This is after the message "Monitor not running on primary station" and the Reader is left hanging.
