Maintenance Service provides Zeon product buyers with a cheaper alternative to upgrading their software. While under the Maintenance plan, all upgrades are covered free-of-charge. With a new software version being released roughly once a year, it makes sense to purchase at least the one-year minimum maintenance service if you plan to upgrade in the future.
In addition, customers with Maintenance Service receive prioritized customer assistance from Zeon's support staff.
