WIll not create and email as attachment .pdf from word 2007

I have an issue where a user has in the past with Word 2003 been able to tick the email option in the printer options and it is automatically converted to .pdf and attached to an email. The system has been upgraded to Office 2007 and this does not happen anymore.

Please could anyone offer advice on why this is happenning and how it can be sorted out
