Naming Method - Docucom PDF Word on Terminal Server

We have one user who has to set her Naming Method within Docucom PDF Word advanced setting to "query the filename" she has to do this every day , the next time she logs on its has changed back to one of the other options and it chooses a random filename, Just wondered if this a known problem ona terminal server.
