Reinstall removes all custom form sizes Your update/upgrade documents sdiscuss a "complete removal" of the DocuCom product, followed by reinstall of the new version. This is fine, however ALL custom form sizes created are destroyed! How can we persist these forms when updating? Can we save registry entries, a config file, something???
